Conclusive evidence of taste


In mind as a creator of soup,
I am bearing the harmonizing taste in mind.

Our soup is used the fish soup that makes the boiled-dried fish in Kujukuri and the chicken [gara] soup makes the Hinai chicken etc. in abundance.

The noodle uses the highest class flour that blending a domestic powder and the powder from Australia. We make noodle every day.
